The LED guardrail tube is generally sealed with hot melt adhesive or silicone at the interface of the outer cover, and the internal LED and circuit board are exposed. Due to the large temperature difference between day and night, the end of the outer cover expands and contracts differently from the outer cover, resulting in hot melt adhesive or silicone. There is a gap in the seal, and rainwater seeps into the inside after it rains, causing a short circuit and burning the LED. To solve this problem, the internal circuit and LED must be filled with glue. It is simple to seal the joints with hot melt adhesive or silicone, but the reliability cannot meet the requirements of large-scale outdoor applications. The other is the connector problem of the electrical connection. Many manufacturers often choose plastic joints for cheap, or choose poor quality metal joints. After a short period of testing and use, the plastic has not deformed, and there is no problem with waterproofing. It will be deformed, which will lead to the failure of the waterproof rubber ring, and the rainwater will seep into the joint and cause a short circuit of the electrical appliance. Especially in the charged state, the corrosion of the wire is several orders of magnitude higher than that in the uncharged state. The price of inferior metal joints is many times worse than that of qualified products.
